The Organizational Champion™ (OC) development process was created to bring lasting positive change for both the individual and the organization.
Process Objective
The objective of the OC development process is to transform individual leaders into organizational champions. By the end of this process, participants will:
- Understand their core values,
- Build connection and trust through mutually beneficial initiatives,
- Radiate personal energy,
- Implement and manage transformational change efforts,
- Imagine possibilities, and
- Inspire their company’s culture.

Champion Phases
In order to become a champion, participants in the OC process will go through four development phases:
- Enlightened – Champions have a strong sense of confidence, self-awareness, and are consistent.
- Connected – Champions genuinely invest in others and have the ability to build trust through their pursuit of mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Change Maker – Champions are skilled at driving and pushing healthy organizational change through agility, perseverance, communication, and collaboration.
- Opportunity Minded – Champions inspire and ignite the possibilities within people and organizations through their curiosity; never settling with what is comfortable.
Each phase works to build courageous leaders who are on the constant lookout for improvement both personally and professionally.
How it Works
Each phase of the Organizational Champion process consists of this simple but powerful process:
- First we assess your leaders to establish their Champion's ECChO™ baseline scores.
- Next your leaders will experience an engaging event that will give them the inspiration and information needed to become Champions.
- After the event your leaders will participate in the online Champions global community and meet in small groups to support each other and provide accountability. This ensures that your leaders make lasting improvement.
- Finally we do a final assessment to measure the progress your leaders have made.
