CLEAR™ Assessment
The CLEAR™ assessment is a 360 degree feedback survey that provides a complete look at a leader’s performance according to self, peers, direct reports, managers and customers. Through the use of our web based survey software, feedback is gathered and measured in relation to our validated Inspiration and Productivity competency model. Depending on your needs, this competency model can be easily replaced by a custom competency model that directly aligns with the goals of your business.

CLEAR™ Report
Upon completion of the assessment, each CLEAR™ participant receives a personalized 360 degree feedback report. This easy to read report gives leaders a complete view of their strengths and competency gaps as indicated by the multiple rater groups. Our optional one-on-one feedback sessions allow participants the chance to go over their feedback reports with a knowledgeable SVI coach.

SingleSurvey™ Technology
All of our 360 degree assessments utilize our unique SingleSurvey™ technology to ensure the highest levels of compliance possible. Most 360 assessment systems require raters to complete multiple assessments, one for each participant being rated. With SingleSurvey™ each rater is asked to complete only one assessment regardless of the number of 360 participants. The result is an unobtrusive assessment process that consistently delivers 90% or greater compliance.
