SVI's DNA™ assessment is a unique 360° survey that carefully analyzes and maps your leaders' strategic relational networks. Understanding these networks and the team dynamics within each of them allows you to better measure and assess the impact of each of your leaders.

DNA™ Assessment
The DNA™ assessment is an easy to use, web based assessment that can be launched to as many or as few of your leaders as necessary. For each leader being rated, the assessment collects relational network information from the individual's manager, direct reports, peers, and customers. This relational information includes both qualitative and quantitative data that provides valuable insight into network components such as trust, encouragement, and innovation.

DNA™ Report
Once the assessment is complete, each leader participating in the DNA™ process receives a personalized 360° feedback report. This feedback report provides the leader with a visual mapping of their key networks, allowing them to see who they are strategically connected to as well as the relative strength of those relationships. In addition, qualitative comments from each of the rater groups give the leader a complete view of how well they are performing within their networks. One-on-one feedback sessions are also available that allow participants the chance to go over their feedback reports with a knowledgeable SVI coach.

SingleSurvey™ Technology
All of our 360° assessments utilize our unique SingleSurvey™ technology to ensure the highest levels of compliance possible. Most 360° assessment systems require raters to complete multiple assessments, one for each participant being rated. With SingleSurvey™ each rater is asked to complete only one assessment regardless of the number of 360° participants. The result is an unobtrusive assessment process that consistently delivers 90% or greater compliance.
