Champions Development Program
What we did: |
SVI launched a comprehensive development program for the MARS organization. This program included assessments, training, monthly development systems, and payout analysis. Additionally, SVI provided support to the MARS HR team to develop a new competency model for effective leadership, and designed a client feedback tool and process to integrate into their balanced scorecard. |
