What we did: |
SVI redesigned Tyson’s emerging/high potential leaders program. The design process began with nomination into the program, selection, assessments and development, training, and monthly development systems. SVI facilitates the development process for the LINC program. Additionally, SVI created crucible leadership experience for LINC participants in Torreon, Mexico and developed processes to sustain results. |
