What we did:

SVI conducted the development process to the Director and Executive teams including assessments, training, Organizational Champions event, monthly development systems, and payout analysis. Additionally, SVI designed and developed Washington Regional’s new leadership competency model that is rolled into their annual performance review process. SVI designed and managed all on-boarding processes and profiles of new hires among the director and executive team.
